个人简介
张紫琼,管理学博士,哈尔滨工业大学教授,博士生导师。国家优秀青年基金获得者、教育部新世纪优秀人才、杰出人才,近3年在International Journal of Hospitality Management等SCI和SSCI检索国际学术期刊上发表论文10余篇,主要研究方向:Web用户创造内容挖掘、商务智能与电子商务、消费者行为、社会网络分析、社会计算、知识管理、酒店与旅游管理、文本分析等。
